No need to make an appointment, you can pop in and take a look at our wide range of Blinds,Shutters,Curtains and External Shading. There will always be someone to advise you. You can however chose to make an appointment with a member of our showroom staff for 1 on 1 advice.

We just ask for an approximate measurement of the width and drop of your windows.

We do offer a free home survey. One of surveyors will better advise what will and won’t work for your Windows, take accurate measurements and then provide a final quotation.

All of our quotes include our install charge unless you have requested otherwise.

You can always pop in to get a better idea of what you are looking for but if you would like a good idea of price, it’s always worth bringing your sizes for an approximate quotation from a member of our showroom staff.

You can either pop into our showroom with images and your sizes for advice but this is something we could definitely confirm on a free home survey.

If you find a material you particularly like on our website or in our showroom, you can just email, call or ask one of us in the showroom to order a free A4/A5 sample directly to you, to help with your decision.

With each request there is a maximum of 5 samples

We do offer supply only, however you will be responsible for all measurements.

We offer a warranty of up to 25 years, differing with each type of blind.

We normally travel within a 30 mile radius of our showroom. Outside of this, please contact us for further information.

Each product will have a slightly different lead time. Blinds are generally on a 2-4 week lead time, Shutters are generally on a 12-16 week lead time. This would be confirmed with you prior to placing your order.

We ask for 50% deposit to place your order and the remaining 50% balance prior to installation.
